34. הוראות רשות הרישוי
רשות הרישוי או נותן אישור כמשמעותו בסעיף 6 לחוק, רשאית להתיר למחזיק בריכה במקרה מסוים, לפי בקשתו, לסטות מהאמור בתוספת השמינית בנוגע לאופן הצבת השלטים וכמות השלטים בבריכת שחיה, מטעמים של בטיחות, סדר ציבורי, או בריאות הציבור והגנת הסביבה.
