2. תחולה על אדם קשור
הגבלה או תנאי החלים מכוח כללי פטור סוג על צד להסכם יחולו גם על אדם הקשור לצד כאמור, ויראו אי עמידה בהגבלה או בתנאי כאמור, של אדם קשור או יחד עמו, כאי עמידה בפטור הסוג בידי הצד שאליו הוא קשור.
