5. אי־תחולת הפטור על הסכם הכולל כבילות אחרות
זולת אם נאמר אחרת בכללי פטור סוג, רשאי אדם להסתמך על פטור סוג רק אם כל הכבילות שבהסכם, שאינן פטורות מכוח אותו פטור סוג, אושרו בהתאם לחוק.
