תיקון: תשס״ד
אם לא נאמר אחרת בפטור סוג –
(1)נעשה הסכם בעל פה – חזקה כי אין מתקיימים בו התנאים שהתנה פטור סוג לתחולתו;
(2)(בוטלה);
(3)נעשה הסכם בכתב והוארך בעל פה – יראו אותו לתקופה שבה הוארך, כהסכם שנעשה בעל פה, ויחול האמור בפסקה (1).
