2. תחולה על אדם קשור
הגבלה או תנאי החלים מכוח כללי פטור סוג על צד להסכם יחולו גם על אדם הקשור לצד כאמור, ויראו אי־עמידה בהגבלה או בתנאי כאמור של אדם קשור או יחד עמו, כאי־עמידה בהם של הצד שאליו הוא קשור.
