22. הודעת הרשם על הימצאותה של צוואה
הועברה בקשה לצו ירושה או לצו קיום לבית משפט, ולאחר מכן נמסרה צוואה לרשם לעניני ירושה, ישלח הרשם הודעה, בדואר רשום, על דבר קיומה של הצוואה לזוכים על פיה; בהודעה יצוין כי הזוכים רשאים להגיש כתב התנגדות לבקשה לבית המשפט שאליו הועברה הבקשה, בתוך ארבעה עשר ימים מיום המצאת ההודעה, העתק מההודעה ואישור על מסירתה יישלחו לבית המשפט.
