25. צו חלקי
הרשם לעניני ירושה או בית המשפט רשאי לתת צו ירושה או צו קיום על חלק מן העזבון כל אימת שנראה לו כי מתן הצו אינו עשוי להשפיע על זכויות שעדיין לא נתבררו.
