32. תוכן הבקשה
(א)המבקש יפרט בבקשתו את הטעמים שעל יסודם יש למנות מנהל עזבון ואת שמו ומענו שלל מנהל העזבון המוצע, אם הוצע.
(ב)היה ידוע למבקש כי המוריש קבע בצוואתו מבצע צוואה או מנהל עזבון, תצוין גם עובדה זו והבקשה לקיום הצוואה תלווה בבקשה למינויו כמנהל עזבון; התנגד המבקש למינוי יציין זאת בבקשה לקיום הצוואה ויפרט את נימוקיו להתנגדות.
