תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
חל שינוי בנסיבות ניהול העיזבון לאחר מועד מינוי מנהל העיזבון שבעקבותיו קמה חובה למנהל העיזבון לדווח לאפוטרופוס הכללי לפי סעיף 87 לחוק, יודיע מנהל העיזבון לאפוטרופוס הכללי על השינוי שחל; נמסרה הודעה כאמור, יחולו הוראות תקנות 38(1) ו־(41(ב).
