45. משיבים בבקשות
(א)נתמנה מנהל עזבון, יומצא לו עותק מכל בקשה שתוגש לפי תקנות אלה, ודינו כדין משיב.
(ב)לא נתמנה מנהל עזבון, יומצא עותק מכל בקשה, ככל האפשר, ליורשים ולצדדים הנוגעים בדבר, ודינם כדין משיבים; אולם רשאי בית המשפט אם ראה את הדבר לנכון, לפטור מהמצאה למשיבים או לאחדים מהם.
