51ג. פרסום באתר האינטרנט של הממונה הארצי
תיקון: תשע״ט־2
(א)הממונה על הגבייה ברשות יעדכן את הממונה הארצי על הודעה שפרסם כאמור בתקנה 51ב באופן מקוון באמצעות מערכת ממוחשבת כפי שיורה הממונה הארצי.
(ב)כל אדם רשאי לבצע באתר האינטרנט של הממונה הארצי בדיקה של הודעות שפורסמו כאמור בתקנה 51ב בדרך של שאילתה לפי מספר תעודת הזהות של המנוח.
