עוסק המציע למכירה במהלך עסקו מוצר זהב יציב במקום הנראה לעין שלט של מכון התקנים הישראלי הנושא את הכותרת ”סימני אימות זהב בישראל“ שעליו מודפסים כל סימני האימות לפי ההוראות; העוסק יגיש לצרכן זכוכית מגדלת שתאפשר את השוואת סימן האימות המוטבע על מוצר הזהב לסימן המופיע בשלט סימני אימות זהב בישראל.
