1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בית אוכל“ – כל מקום שבו מסופק בתמורה אוכל או משקה באותו מקום, למעט אולם אירועים;
”עינוג“ – עינוג ציבורי, כהגדרתו בסעיף 3(ב) לחוק רישוי עסקים, התשכ״ח–1968;
”שירות בבית אוכל“ – מכירה או הגשה של אוכל ומשקה;
”שירות מכבסה“ – לרבות כביסה, ניקוי, ניקוי כימי, גיהוץ וצביעה של כבסים;
”שירות מספרה“ – טיפול בשערות וכל שירות אחר הניתן במספרה.
