בתקנות אלה –
”בית מלון“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 1 לחוק מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1976;
”שירותים נוספים אגב לינה“ – כאמור בתקנה 12ב לתקנות מס ערך מוסף, התשל״ו–1976;
”תייר“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 1 לחוק מס ערך מוסף.
