2. מכירה במבצע הוזלה
המצרכים המוצעים למכירה במבצע הוזלה או במכירה מיוחדת לתקופה שאינה עולה על 35 ימים, שבתקופה האמורה מחירם נמוך מהמחיר הרגיל המוצג על גבי המצרך, ניתן להציג את המחיר הנמוך על ידי שלט או תוית מדף, שיהיה בסמוך למצרכים, ושעליו יפורטו המחיר הנמוך והמחיר הרגיל.
