10. כניסה ויציאה
(א)לא ייכנס אדם לבית הסוהר ולא יצא ממנו, לא יכניס לתוכו דבר ולא יוציא דבר, אלא דרך שער שקבע לכך המפקד.
(ב)חיילי המשמר יקיימו, בכל שעות היממה, ביקורת בשער בית הסוהר.
(ג)חייל המשמר לא ירשה לאדם להיכנס לבית הסוהר או לצאת ממנו אלא אם כן הוא רשאי לכך לפי תקנות אלה או לפי הוראות המפקד.
