31. ספריה
(א)בבית הסוהר תהיה ספריה לשימושם של הכלואים.
(ב)כלוא רשאי לקבל חומר קריאה מהספריה לקריאה בתאו.
(ג)כלוא רשאי לקבל חומר קריאה מן החוץ, פרט לחומר העלול, לדעת המפקד, להזיק למהלך החקירה או המשפט המתנהל נגדו, או חומר שהקמצ״ר אסר לקוראו בבית הסוהר.
(ד)סדרי השאלתו של חומר הקריאה מהספריה לכלואים ומשלוח חומר קריאה מן החוץ ייקבעו בפקודות הקבע.
