38. הפרדה בין כלואים מסוגים שונים
(א)אסירים, חבושים ועצירים ישוכנו בנפרד אלה מאלה, זולת אם הורה קמצ״ר אחרת.
(ב)לכל סוג כלואים יהא חדר אוכל נפרד; אם אין אפשרות לקיים בבית הסוהר חדרי אוכל נפרדים – ייקבעו סידורים שיבטיחו הפרדה בין מועדי הארוחות לסוגי הכלואים השונים.
(ג)מפקדת בית הסוהר לנשים רשאית להורות כי לא תהא הפרדה בתאי השיכון ובחדר האוכל של הכלואות לסוגיהן.
