62. כללים להטלת אמצעי משמעת
(א)לא יינקט אמצעי משמעת נגד כלוא, אלא אם כן הוקראו בפניו דברי התלונה וניתנה לו הזדמנות להשמיע את דברו.
(ב)אמצעי משמעת יכול שיינקטו בנוסף לכל עונש, ואין בהם כדי לפטור מכל עונש לפי כל חוק.
(ג)ננקט לגבי כלוא אמצעי משמעת, יירשם הדבר בגליונו המשמעתי ויצורף לתיקו האישי.
