69. חובת חייל למנוע עבירות
(א)חייל מסגל בית הסוהר שנודע לו, או שהוא חושד, כי כלוא מתכוון לעבור עבירה, יודיע על כך, בהקדם האפשרי, למפקד או למי שהוא הסמיכו לכך.
(ב)חייל מהסגל חייב לעשות כל שביכלתו כדי למנוע מכלוא ביצועה של כל עבירה או הפרת משמעת בית הסוהר.
