71. איסור כניסה לתא בלילה
חייל מסגל בית הסוהר לא ייכנס בשעות הלילה לתאו של כלוא, אלא אם כן הוא מלווה בידי חייל נוסף, זולת אם יש צורך דחוף להכנס, ואין אפשרות לצרף אליו מיד חייל נוסף.
