14. קבלת מענק שלא כדין
מעסיק שהגיש בקשה למענק לפי סעיף 6(ב) ומסר בהצהרה שמצורפת לבקשה פרטים לא נכונים לגבי תנאי הזכאות לקבלת המענק, דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(2) לחוק העונשין, ואם נעברה העבירה בידי תאגיד, דינו – כפל הקנס החל על יחיד כאמור.
