5. מענק בעד עובד מזכה המועסק אצל יותר ממעסיק אחד
מענק בעד עובד מזכה המועסק אצל יותר ממעסיק אחד ישולם למעסיק זכאי המשלם לעובד המזכה את השכר הגבוה ביותר, בהתאם להצהרת העובד לפי סעיף 6(ג) (בחוק זה – המעסיק העיקרי).
