3. יום ו׳ בפגרה תקופת
במניין ימי תקופה שנקבעה בחיקוק, או שנקבעה בידי בית דין, יראו את יום ו׳ בשבוע כיום פגרה, אם הוא היום האחרון לפתיחת הליך או לביצועה של פעולה במהלך הליך בבית דין.
