1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״ד
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה למשפט חוזר לפי סעיף 31 לחוק;
”נשיא בית המשפט העליון“ – לרבות ממלא מקומו הקבוע;
”הנידון“ – אדם שהורשע, ואם נפטר – בן־זוגו או כל אחד מצאצאיו, הוריו, אחיו או אחיותיו;
”פסק דין“ – טפסים רשמיים של פסק הדין אשר לפיו הורשע הנידון ושל פסקי הדין בערעורים על אותה הרשעה.
