4. סמכות מנהל בתי הדין הרבניים
מנהל בתי הדין הרבניים רשאי להורות, לאחר התייעצות עם ראש בית הדין או דיין של בית הדין שראש בית הדין מינהו לכך, שסוג עניינים יישמע בתקופת הפגרה, בבית דין פלוני, או בכל בתי הדין.
