2. הגשת בקשה ליישוב סכסוך
בקשה ליישוב סכסוך תוגש למזכירות ערכאה שיפוטית בידי מבקש או בא כוחו ערוכה לפי טופס 1 שבתוספת, לפי כללי הסמכות המקומית הקבועים בסדרי הדין.
