6. היקף השירות
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשע״ח
השירות בענינים המפורשים בתקנה 5 כולל:
(1)ייעוץ משפטי ועריכת מסמכים משפטיים;
(2)ייצוג בפני בתי משפט, בתי דין, לשכות הוצאה לפועל וכן ייעוץ וליווי בהליכים ליישוב סכסוך בהסכמה (להלן – הליכים חלופיים);
(3)תשלום ההוצאות הכרוכות במתן השירות, שלדעת ראש הלשכה היה הכרח להוציאן, כאמור בתוספת הראשונה.
