7. ביטוח רכב מושבת
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)הוצאה פוליסה לתקופה העולה על 30 ימים והשימוש ברכב אינו כולל נהיגה כלשהי במשך תקופה רצופה העולה על 30 ימים, ותעודת הביטוח הוחזרה למנהל ההסדר – יהיה תעריף הביטוח 40 שקלים חדשים לרכב אחד לחודש אחד, אך לא פחות מ־80 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)הוצאה פוליסה על שימוש ברכב הנמצא במפעלי ייצור או הרכבה או במחסני ערובה והשימוש בו אינו כולל נהיגה כלשהי – יהיה תעריף הביטוח השנתי 160 שקלים חדשים לרכב אחד.
