תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״ד, תשפ״ו
המוסד לביטוח לאומי ישלם את מענק ההסתגלות המיוחד לפי סעיפים 3 עד 8א ואת המענק המיוחד – תקופות לחימה לפי הוראות פרק ג׳ ויחולו עליו הוראות סעיפים 303 ו־315 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי.
