8ד. תשלום המענק המיוחד
תיקון: תשפ״ד, תשפ״ה, תשפ״ו
(א)מענק מיוחד בעד התקופה הקובעת הראשונה ישולם למי שמועד הפסקת העסקתו חל בתקופה הקובעת הראשונה, והיה מחוסר עבודה 14 ימים רצופים לפחות.
(ב)המענק המיוחד יהיה בשיעור של 75% מהכנסתו מעבודה כשהיא מחולקת ב־90, אך לא יותר מ־134 שקלים חדשים ליום, כפול מספר הימים בחודש שבהם היה מחוסר עבודה.
