5. ביקורת שיפוטית
על החלטה של רשות ציבורית לקבוע לפי הוראות סעיף 2(ב), לעניין אישור רגולטורי מסוים, תקופת דחייה קצרה יותר מהתקופה האמורה בסעיף 2(א), או לקבוע כאמור שהוראות אותו סעיף לא יחולו לעניין אישור רגולטורי מסוים ניתן לעתור או לערער לערכאה המוסמכת לפי החוק שמכוחו ניתן האישור הרגולטורי לדון בהחלטות הנוגעות לאותו אישור.
