11. סייגים בהפעלת סמכויות השירות
(א)בהפעלת סמכויות השירות לפי חוק זה, לא יעמוד השירות בקשר כלשהו עם חולה או עם אנשים שבאו במגע קרוב עם חולה.
(ב)השירות לא יעסוק בפעילות פיקוח ואכיפה על הפרת חובת בידוד לפי צווי הבידוד, ולא יסייע לפעילות כאמור.
