27. התאמת סכומי ההיטל
(א)בסעיף זה, ”יום התיאום“ – היום הראשון בחודש שקדם ליום התשלום.
(ב)סכומי ההיטל הנקובים בתוספות יתואמו על פי שיעור עליית המדד מן המדד שפורסם לחודש מרס 1989 עד המדד שפורסם בחודש שקדם ליום התיאום.
