34. שינוי סכומים וקביעת היטל
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי –
(1)לשנות את סכומי ההיטל;
(2)לקבוע את סכומי ההיטל שישולמו בשל רכב ששנת ייצורו 1990.
