22כ. סייג לתחולה על קטין ועל אדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס
תיקון: תשפ״א־6, תשפ״א־8
(א)הוראות סימן זה לא יחולו על קטין שטרם מלאו לו 14 שנים ועל אדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס.
(ב)קטין שמלאו לו 14 שנים ייתן את הסכמתו לתנאי השימוש באמצעי הפיקוח הטכנולוגי כאמור בסעיף 22יט(א), נוסף על הסכמה של הורהו, אפוטרופסו או האומן שלו כהגדרתו בחוק אומנה לילדים, התשע״ו–2016.
