5. איסור קבלת תמורה נוספת
מלבד גמול השתתפות בישיבות והחזר הוצאות כאמור בחוק זה ובתקנות לפיו, לא יקבל חבר מועצה כל תמורה נוספת בשל היותו חבר המועצה או חבר ועדה או מוסד תכנון, וכן לא יקבל תמורה עבור ייצוג המועצה בגוף המנהל של תאגיד עירוני.
