מבקש ישלם אגרה בסכום כמפורט להלן בעד היתר רעלים:
(1)שתוקפו פחות משנה – 500 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לינואר 2001; החל מיולי 2025, 761 ש״ח)
(2)שתוקפו לשנה – 4,000 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לינואר 2001; החל מיולי 2025, 6,099 ש״ח)
