11. דיווח
מפלגה תודיע לרשם בכתב, בדואר רשום, על כל אחד מאלה:
(1)כל שינוי שחל בתקנונה או במענה;
(2)צו שנתן בית המשפט לפירוקה; להודעה יצורף העתק מאושר מן הצו;
(3)החלטה שנתקבלה במפלגה על פירוקה מרצון; להודעה יצורף העתק מן ההחלטה.
