15. הוראת מעבר לענין מפלגות קיימות
הוראות תקנות אלה יחולו גם על מפלגה הקיימת ביום תחילתן, אולם הבקשה לרישומה תוגש לפי טופס 9 שבתוספת בתוך תקופת תקפו של חוק המפלגות (רישום מפלגות קיימות) (הוראת שעה), התשנ״ג–1993, ותיחתם כפי שנקבע בסעיף 1 לחוק האמור.
