7. רישום בפנקס
(א)צורת פנקס המפלגות ופרטיו יהיו לפי טופס 5 שבתוספת.
(ב)רישום מפלגה בפנקס המפלגות וכל שינוי בו, ייעשו בחתימת הרשם.
