Section 2 of תקנות יסודות התקציב (חובת דיווח), התשנ״ד–1993, המועד להגשת דו״ח.
2. המועד להגשת דו״ח
(א)דו״ח שנתי יוגש לממונה עד סוף חודש פברואר של כל שנה לגבי תקופת הדו״ח.
(ב)דו״ח נדרש יוגש לממונה במועד להגשת דו״ח שנתי כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), או עד תום חודשיים מיום מסירת דרישת הממונה במקרה שהדרישה כאמור נמסרה פחות מחודשיים לפני המועד להגשת הדו״ח השנתי.
