4. פרטי דו״ח
(א)דו״ח שנתי יכלול פירוט מלא של תנאי העסקתו של כל בעל תפקיד בגוף, כמפורט בדרישת הממונה.
(ב)דו״ח נדרש יכלול פירוט מלא של תנאי העסקתו של כל עובד בגוף.
(ג)לצד כל פרט שיש לכלול בדו״ח לפי תקנת משנה (א) או (ב) יוצג הפרט המקביל לו לגבי שנת הכספים שקדמה לתקופת הדו״ח.
(ד)נעדר פרט מן הנדרשים בתקנות משנה (א) עד (ג), יציין מגיש הדו״ח את דבר העדרו ואת הנימוקים לכך.
