26י. דין עבודה בתקופת בידוד לעניין שיפוי
תיקון: תשפ״א־3, תשפ״א־6
עובד השוהה בבידוד, עובד בבידוד מזכה או עובד שהוא הורה מלווה שעבד למעשה אצל מעסיקו בשכר ושולמו לו דמי בידוד על אף האמור בסעיף 26ה, לא יהיה המעסיק זכאי לתשלום מהמוסד בעד דמי בידוד ששילם לעובד בשל פרק הזמן שבו עבד העובד כאמור.
