26כד. כפל זכאות
תיקון: תשפ״ב
על אף האמור בפרק זה, על מי שזכאי לדמי בידוד לפי פרק ו׳1 ולפי פרק זה, בעד אותה תקופת בידוד, יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)אם מתקיים בו האמור בפסקה (1) להגדרה ”עצמאי“, הוא יהיה זכאי לדמי בידוד הן לפי פרק ו׳1 והן לפי פרק זה;
(2)אם מתקיים בו האמור בפסקה (2) להגדרה ”עצמאי“, הוא יהיה זכאי לדמי בידוד לפי פרק ו׳1 בלבד.
