Section 4 of חוק התכנית לסיוע כלכלי (נגיף הקורונה החדש – מענק חד־פעמי) (הוראת שעה ותיקוני חקיקה), התש״ף–2020, תוספת למענק.
4. תוספת למענק
(א)תושב ישראל, שמשתלמים לו בעד חודש יולי 2020, גמלה או תשלום מהמפורטים להלן, זכאי לתוספת למענק האמור בסעיף 3 בסכום של 750 שקלים חדשים:
(1)גמלת סיעוד;
(2)גמלת נכה לפי הכנסה;
(3)גמלת הבטחת הכנסה;
(4)תשלום לתושב חוזר נזקק;
(5)תשלום לעולה נזקק.
(ב)לא תשולם בעד אותו אדם יותר מתוספת אחת למענק.
(ג)בני זוג הזכאים שניהם לתוספת למענק לפי פסקה (3), (4) או (5) בסעיף קטן (א), תשולם להם תוספת אחת למענק בלבד.
