תחילתן של תקנות אלה ביום ג׳ בטבת התשנ״ח (1 בינואר 1998), תוקפן עד ליום כ״ב בטבת התש״ס (31 בדצמבר 1999), והן יחולו על דמי אבטלה המשתלמים בעד התקופה האמורה.
