4. גמול ליושב ראש דירקטוריון
חברה, שלא מכהן בה מנהל כללי, רשאית, באישור האסיפה הכללית, לקבוע כי ליושב ראש הדירקטוריון ישולם גמול שנתי בעד כהונתו כיושב ראש דירקטוריון, כמפורט בתוספת הרביעית ובהתאם לדרגת החברה; קבעה החברה כאמור, יבוא הגמול השנתי במקום כל גמול אחר לפי תקנות אלה.
