37. סדר עבודת המועצה וישיבותיה
המועצה רשאית לקבוע סדרי עבודתה וישיבותיה, כטוב בעיניה, והוא כשאין הוראה אחרת בצו זה; עד שתקבע המועצה סדרי עבודתה וישיבותיה, יחולו עליה הוראות התוספת השלישית לצו (א), בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
