90. זכות עיון לחברי מועצה וועדות
(א)ספרי המועצה, מסמכיה וניירותיה יהיו פתוחים לעיון ובדיקה לפני כל חבר מועצה, והוא רשאי להכין העתק או תקציר מהם, ובלבד שלא יוצא ספר, מסמך או נייר כאמור ממשרד המועצה בלא הסכמתו בכתב של ראש המועצה.
(ב)ועדות המועצה תהיה להן בזמן ישיבתן גישה לספרי המועצה, מסמכיה וניירותיה הנוגעים לעבודתן.
